• Title Search - Deposited Plan (DP) & Instrument 88b - NSW Land Registry Services

• Section 10.7 Planning Certificate - By NSW Planning Portal

• Land Survey of the existing lot/building - By Land Surveyor

• Design documents prepared by an Architect

• Structural documents prepared by a Structural Engineer

• Stormwater Plans  and Erosion & Sediment Control Plan by Stormwater/Civil Engineer

• BASIX and NatHERS Certificates
