Our Services
Design isn’t just what we do; it’s who we are. We’re here to dive deep into your ideas and dreams, transforming them into something tangible and beautiful. From the very first sketch to navigating the approval maze and overseeing construction, we’re with you every step of the way.
Once the design is finalised, we can help you navigate and secure your approvals. Below are the three main ways to get your design off the ground by securing the right approvals from the relevant authorities.
Development Application
A Development Application (DA) is your official request to the local council for permission to undertake a new development. Whether you’re looking to build a pool, remove a tree, construct a garage, or expand your home with extra rooms, a DA is essential. For more complex projects, like dual occupancy, multi-dwelling developments, subdivisions, or changing the use of a commercial property, a DA is a must-have. Let us help you navigate the process with ease!

Complying Development Certificate
A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) offers a streamlined approval process for straightforward developments. If your project meets the specific standards outlined in State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPP), you can obtain a CDC quickly.
This fast-track assessment is conducted by either the local council or an Accredited Certifier, ensuring your building works comply with all relevant legislation and building standards. We can help you navigate the CDC process smoothly, saving you time and ensuring compliance every step of the way.

Construction Certificate
A Construction Certificate (CC) is essential before you begin any building work in NSW. It verifies that your detailed construction plans and specifications meet the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and comply with the conditions outlined in your Development Consent or Complying Development Certificate. We’re here to guide you through the CC process, ensuring everything is in order so you can start your project with confidence.
